Job Description:
As a HR Recruiter at Tiedemann Globe Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Your expertise will ensure we bring on board individuals who not only have the skills and experience necessary but who also align with our company culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews in a structured, timely, and professional manner.
- Advocate for company culture and values throughout the hiring process.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
