Box Truck, Non-CDL Driver

Job Description:

As a Non-CDL Driver at Tiedemann Globe Incorporated, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of orders and management of pick-ups. Responsibilities:

• Operate a box truck and pallet jack daily, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with office staff and clients to ensure clear communication and efficient operations.
• Ensure the timely delivery of orders according to the schedule.
• Routinely lift items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
• Secure a Medical Card upon hiring and utilize ELDs (with provided on-the-job training).
• Manage clothing pick-ups, including overseeing the loading and unloading tasks.
• Serve areas including Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Peoria, Goodyear, and surrounding locations.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
• Commitment to completing necessary training and a 90-day probationary period.
• A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20.00 per hour, with potential for a raise based on performance and attendance following the probationary period.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
